Tweed Mini Skirt

Good morning everyone!

Ahh Thanksgiving is like.. NEXT WEEK. for real. I cannot believe it!

When you think of Fall, how many of us are thinking of those super cute mini skirts to wear with booties, flats/loafers or tall boots?? I know I am. So far, the ones seen at J. Crew and Ann Taylor have been my favorite. I am loving all of the prints, textures, and patterns. Can I just say, my closet would be much happier with a couple more of these in my closet. A lot of these “mini” skirts aren’t so much mini in length and there are a few that some may be able to wear to work if you’re probably shorter than 5’4″.

My next outfit option with this skirt is going to be with a white perfect shirt (button-up) with black polka dots, tights, and booties. >>STAY TUNED<<

This outfit was perfect for last weekend, the weather was sooo nice, but as soon as the sun went down my legs were begging for layers and boots. These Nashville nights have been so cold lately, my body has yet to get adjusted to cold weather so when it is colder I definitely load up on the layers.. which who doesn’t love doing that in the fall anyways??

When I pulled out this skirt I was so stoked this little bag had matched perfectly!

I am a huge loafer fan, not only from kate spade, but they are just the perfect shoe. A while back I couldn’t really get into the flats because they would always hurt my feet, but I know I could always count on a good loafer to get me through the day and then some if I needed.
