Hey, everyone! We have completed the first week of the Fitness Fridays workouts. 🎉 That wasn’t so bad, huh? I am trying to get my abs back for the Summer time!
This week I am posting week 2 of the BBG workouts. After we finish Week 2, Week 3 and 4 are just repeats of Week 1 and 2, which should be a little easier since your body may or may not have remembered these circuits.
If the workout above isn’t for you, you could do a low-intensity workout, as in 35 to 45 minutes of fast walking.
