At Home Teeth Whitening with Smile Brilliant

My first professional teeth whitening experience was about four years ago when I got married. What I love most about the whitening process is that it’s a multitaskers dream. I love to pop in my trays and go up to the pool for a few hours to catch some rays and then come back down and switch to the desensitizing gel and I’m done for the day.

The recommended time to keep your trays in each time are 45 minutes to 3 hours. I normally keep mine in for about 2 1/2 then I will use the desensitizing gel for about 20 mins. Anything you put into your mouth that has color will absorb into those pores. Wine, coffee, dark berries are extremely active in staining your teeth. Over time, your natural teeth become darker because of these stains.
